Ingredients

1 large Potato, cut in small cubes
1 Carrot, roughly chopped 
2 Tbsp Olive oil 
1 medium Onion, chopped 
1 tsp crushed Garlic
1 stick Celery, chopped 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 tsp Paprika 
1½ cups warm Water 
½ cup tinned four bean mix, drained and rinsed

Method

In a pot, place the potatoes and carrots, steam until tender and set aside.In the same pot, heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.  Add the celery and stir. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and paprika and stir. 
Pour in the water and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and add the steamed vegetables.
Stir in the beans and serve hot.
TIP: Serve with freshly baked bread.
