#SCGS Thai-style Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

600 g Beef strips
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 tsp Oil
20 g Butter
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Chilli flakes
3 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Ginger, grated
1 fresh red Chilli, chopped
2 red Onions, sliced
3 Tbsp brown Sugar
3 Tbsp white wine Vinegar
Juice of 2 Limes
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped


Method

Season beef with salt and pepper.
Heat oil and half the butter in a pan and sear the beef strips for 4 minutes.
In a bowl, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, chilli flakes, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli, onion, sugar, vinegar, lime juice and soy sauce until fully combined.
Add the sauce to the beef strips and fry for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Finish by stirring in the rest of the butter and coriander leaves.

Tip: Serve with rice or noodles.
