#SCGS Sticky Peri Wings
Ingredients
500 g Chicken wings
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Curry paste
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Ginger
2 Tbsp Oil
80 ml Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Method
Mix wings, garlic, cayenne pepper and curry paste in a bowl. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, ginger, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Heat pan and add splash of oil. Fry marinated wings until fully cooked. Reduce heat, add soy sauce and honey. Mix well until wings are fully coated with sticky sauce, then transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
TIP: Enjoy with oven-baked potatoes.
