#SCGS Seared T-Bone Steak
Ingredients
1 kg T-bone steak
100 g Salted butter
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Black pepper
Pinch of Salt
Chilli Flakes
Dried parsley
Fresh rosemary
Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
Method
Gently massage both sides of steak with some of the butter. In a ramekin, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and dried parsley. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of the steak. Preheat pan and melt the rest of the butter with rosemary. Add steak and sear each side for 4 minutes until a brown crust has formed. In a ramekin, mix lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and honey. Brush this basting sauce onto both sides of the steak and then sear each side for 1 minute, before serving.
Tip: Serve with creamy potato mash or fries and mushroom sauce.
