#SCGS Seafood Curry
Ingredients
1 cup Plain yoghurt
½ cup Lemon juice
2 red Chillies
Handful fresh coriander
10 ml Ground Coriander
10 ml Butter
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 kg Seafood, mixed
15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
10 ml Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Method
Using a blender, mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, chillies, fresh coriander and ground coriander. Mix until it has a smooth consistency. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic, then add the seafood. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and paprika. Cook on low heat until done. Add the yoghurt mixture. Cook for 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
