#SCGS Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients
4 x 150g salmon steaks
60 g sesame seeds
20 g pumpkin seeds
15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
60 g butter
15 ml lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
100 ml fresh cream
Method
Season the salmon with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and coat with sesame and pumpkin seeds. Pan fry in an oil-glazed frying pan for about 4 minutes per side. Put aside. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic. Add fresh cream and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ to taste.
