#SCGS Rustic Roasted Chilli Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

5 Chicken thighs, skin on, bone in 
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM 
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp fresh Thyme
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 red Chillis, finely chopped
1 tsp all purpose Flour
350 ml Chicken stock
¼ cup white Wine
Salt and pepper
½ cup fresh Parsley
1 red Chilli, sliced for garnish

Method

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
In a bowl, dust the chicken thighs with the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over high heat and add the chicken pieces. 
Fry until golden brown but not cooked through. 
Remove the chicken and set aside. To the same pan add butter, thyme, garlic and chilli. Sauté for 30 seconds, then add the flour.
Once the flour starts to fry, add the chicken stock slowly until the sauce begins to thicken. 
Add wine and chicken pieces back into the pan. 
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken has fully cooked.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley and sliced chilli and enjoy.
