#SCGS Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
3 large Mixed peppers, chopped
1 medium Red onion, chopped
1 ½ cups Baby Marrow, chopped
1 large Butternut, chopped
1 Tbsp Dried mixed herbs
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 Tbsp Oil
Cooking foil
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the vegetables, herbs, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and oil in a large bowl. Place in oven dish.
Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes. Remove foil and roast for another 10 minutes. Ensure that you don’t overcook your veggies.
Tip: Best enjoyed with roast chicken pieces.
