Ingredients

½ cup Plain yoghurt
45 ml Lemon juice 
10 ml Fresh Rosemary, leaves removed from stalks, finely chopped
10 ml Fresh Thyme, chopped  
3 Garlic cloves, minced
5 ml Paprika 
30 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1.3 kg Chicken, whole
15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, garlic, paprika and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Marinate the chicken outside and inside. Place in a pre-greased pan, cover and roast for 45 minutes. Uncover and finish roasting until a crispy golden colour (±15 min). Serve with roasted vegetables seasoned with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
