#SCGS Pulled Pork & Slaw Sliders
Ingredients – Pulled Pork
150 g pork fillets
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Steakhouse sauce
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Ingredients – Slaw
Handful of chopped Red cabbage
Handful of chopped White cabbage
1 grated Carrot
Salt and pepper, to taste
Ultra-creamy Mayonnaise
Slider rolls, toasted.
Method
For the pulled pork, preheat the oven to 190˚C. Trim excess external fat from the meat, if there is any. Season pork with salt and pepper, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, paprika and oregano. Place in an oven dish and put in the oven for 45 minutes to one hour. (When done, meat should be tender enough to pull apart with a fork.) Shred the pork and mix with steakhouse sauce and chilli flakes. Put the mixture in the oven for five minutes to infuse.
To make the slaw, mix the cabbage, carrots, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise together.
To assemble the sliders, slice the rolls in the middle, place the slaw on the bottom half and the pulled pork on top of the slaw. Top with the top half of the roll.
Tip: You can also add Dill pickle chips.
