#SCGS Potato & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:
3 Large potatoes
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Broccoli head
1 cup Water
1 Medium red onion, chopped
1 Carrot, julienned
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Honey and mustard sauce
Method
Peel and dice the potatoes. Season them with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and oil.
Rub the potatoes until well coated. Bake in the oven at 180°C until cooked and golden. Set aside and let it cool.
Cut the broccoli into florets. In a pot, cook the broccoli in boiling water for about a minute. Set aside and let it cool.
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, broccoli, onion, carrots, parsley, mayonnaise and honey and mustard sauce. Mix everything together until well combined.
Serve with #SCGS Chicken Wings.
