Ingredients

400 g Pork mince
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp mixed Herbs
3 Tbsp Breadcrumbs 
1 tsp Black pepper
1 ½ Tbsp Oil
4 Cheese slices
¼  cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Habanero sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Honey
2 Burger buns
2 tsp Butter
1 Onion, cut into rings
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
Handful crisp lettuce
1 Tomato, sliced
4 slices streaky Bacon (optional)


Method

Place the pork mince, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, paprika, mixed herbs, breadcrumbs and black pepper in a bowl. Use your hands to combine well.
Divide mixture into four portions, flatten with your hands to form patties.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes. Place cheese slices on top of the patties and close with a lid to let the cheese melt.
For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, habanero sauce, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
Slice the burger buns, spread with butter, and lightly toast butter side down in a pan. 
In a separate pan, caramelise the onions with remaining oil, salt and soy sauce and set aside.
