#SCGS Peri-peri Chicken Fillets

Ingredients

300 g Chicken fillets 
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper 
1 Tbsp Mixed dried herbs
2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
1 fresh Lemon, squeezed 

Method

Place chicken fillets in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, cayenne pepper, herbs, tomato sauce and lemon juice. Mix well until fillets are completely coated. Cover with Cling Wrap. Refrigerate for an hour. Pan-fry until cooked. Keep basting the fillets with the remaining marinade for more juiciness.
TIP: These fillets are also good on the braai.
