#SCGS Parmesan Paste With Umbona
Ingredients – Parmesan Paste
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Parsley
2 ½ Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Method – Parmesan Paste
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard together. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, then add the parsley and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Cover with clingwrap and allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Ingredients – Umbona
4 Braaied corns
Parmesan paste
Method – Parmesan Paste
Generously brush the corn with the Parmesan paste on all sides, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
TIP: Serve with a cobb salad or grilled meat.
