#SCGS Pan-seared Pork Fillet
Ingredients
400 g Pork fillet
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Oil
50 g Salted butter
1 Garlic clove
1 Sprig of thyme
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
Season the fillet with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and coat in the oil. Sear the fillet over medium to high heat for three to four minutes on each side. Add the butter, garlic, thyme and Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking the meat for about one minute on each side.
Tip: Fresh thyme can be replaced with ½ tsp dried thyme leaves. Serve with salad, potato mash or roasted vegetables.
