#SCGS Pan-Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
4 Potatoes, diced and boiled
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Method
Boil potatoes in salted water on medium heat until they are easily pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes. Remove from water and allow to cool down. Heat oil in a pan. Season potatoes with black pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Fry potatoes for 2 minutes on each side. Place potatoes on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
TIP: Serve as a side with meat and salads.
