Ingredients – Salad

2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 tsp crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning^TM
½ tsp dried Thyme
½ tsp dried Oregano
½ tsp Black pepper
300 g Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 store-bought Margherita pizza base1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant, then add the Seven Colours Grill
Seasoning^TM, along with thyme, oregano and black pepper.
Stir in the mushrooms, and continue stirring occasionally until browned.
Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza pan with oil, and place the pizza base on it. Spread it with the mushroom mixture, followed by the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until the base is brown and the cheese has melted.
