#SCGS Mixed Vegetable Macaroni Tart
Ingredients
2 cups Macaroni
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
½ cup peeled and chopped Tomato
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Paprika
300 g Frozen mixed veg
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Method
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Cook the macaroni as per packet instructions and set aside. In a pan, heat the oil. Add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the tomato and stir. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and paprika and stir. Add the frozen veggies and cook for 1 minute. In an ovenproof dish, make a layer of cooked macaroni, followed by the vegetable mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
