#SCGS Mince Lollies
Ingredients
300 g Mince
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Black pepper
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Barbecue sauce
Wooden skewers
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. In a bowl, mix mince with egg then season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and black pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and combine well. Form equal-sized balls with the mince. Place balls on oven tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven. Lightly brush the balls with barbecue sauce and leave in the oven for 5 minutes. Thread two balls onto each skewer and serve.
TIP: Serve with fries and #SCGS dipping sauce. These are great for kiddies’ lunches and school lunchboxes.
