#SCGS Mash
Ingredients
500 g Potatoes, peeled
2 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Milk
150 g Butter
1 Tbsp Cream cheese
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Crushed chillies (optional)
Fresh chives, chopped
Method
Cut potatoes into equal pieces. Boil potatoes in salted water until they are very soft. Drain excess water then return to stove and mash. Add milk, butter, cream cheese, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper, chillies and chives. Continue to mash until creamy and fluffy. Serve immediately.
TIP: Serve with mushroom sauce or any meat of your choice.
