#SCGS Loaded breakfast Burger
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Egg
1 Onion, sliced into rings
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Bread roll, cut in half
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Lamb patties
2 slices Back bacon
2 Lettuce leaves
1 slice Cheese
1 Tomato, sliced
Method
In a pan, melt 1½ Tbsp butter, fry the egg and set aside.
To the same pan add half the remaining butter, fry the onions until translucent. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, give it a stir and set aside.
To the same pan, add the rest of the butter and briefly fry both sides of each roll half. Set aside.
In another pan, heat the oil and fry the lamb patties on both sides until cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry the bacon until crisp.
Make up the burger by layering the lamb patties, onion, egg, bacon, lettuce, cheese and tomato.
