#SCGS Leftover Spicy Rice

Ingredients
4 cups rice (cooked)
¼ cup peas
½ onion chopped
½ cup red, yellow and green pepper
1 tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mixed herbs
¼ cup hot sauce
2 knobs butter
1 tbsp oil
Method
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onion, peppers and cook until translucent.
Add turmeric, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, paprika, mixed herbs, hot sauce, and stir to combine.
Add cooked rice, mix to coat with spices, then add peas and butter.
Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Tip: Best served with creamy chicken or any roasted or grilled meat.
