#SCGS Lamb Knuckle Stew
Ingredients
1 kg Lamb knuckles
1/4 cup Flour
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 tsp Fresh garlic, crushed
1 handful Coriander, chopped
1 can Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup Baby carrots
1 cup Vegetable stock
Method
In a bowl, coat meat with flour. Heat oil in a pot, brown the meat on both sides, remove from pot and set aside. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, garlic and coriander to the pot and mix well. Add tomatoes and stir until everything is combined. Now add meat, carrots, stock and stir. Cover pot with lid and cook on the stove for 30 to 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
TIP: You can add any veggies of your choice.
