Ingredients

3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
3 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Lemon juice
500 g Lamb shoulder, cubed
Cling Wrap
Skewers
Red, yellow & green pepper, cubed
Red onion, cubed

Method

In a bowl, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, oil and lemon juice. Evening rub over the meat, cover with cling Wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Soak wooden skewers in cold water – this will prevent them from burning.
Thread marinated meat, peppers and onion onto the skewers. Brush griddle pan with oil and heat. Once pan is very hot, cook each side of the kebabs for 5 to 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a serving platter.
Tip: Best served with tzatziki.
