#SCGS Lamb Chops in Creamy Tomato Gravy

Ingredients

6-8 Lamb chops 
Pinch each salt and black pepper 
2 Tbsp Oil
1 large Onion, chopped 
1 Tbsp crushed Garlic 
1 tsp crushed Turmeric 
1 tsp crushed Ginger 
1 tsp crushed Chilli 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Tbsp Sweet basil
1 tsp Paprika
2 large Tomatoes, grated
500 ml fresh cream 

Method

Season the chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil and fry the chops on both sides until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the onion until it is cooked then add garlic, turmeric, ginger and chilli. Add Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, sweet basil and paprika.
Add tomato and cook on low heat to about 15-20 minutes. 
Add the cream and cook until it thickens, then add the lamb. 
Let this simmer for a few minutes.
Tip: Serve with savoury rice and side salad.
