#SCGS Inhloko (Cow’s Head)
Ingredients
1 Cow head
1 litre Water
1 Beef cube
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tsp Salt
2 Red and green chillies, chopped (optional)
Method
Remove all the meat from the cow head and clean it. Put the meat in a large pot and add the water and beef cube. Season with the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and salt.
Cook on medium heat until soft, about 2 hours.
Add the chopped chillies.
TIP: Serve with pap or steamed bread (jeqe)
