#SCGS Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

500ml Water
2 Egg yolks
1 tsp White vinegar
50g Salted butter, melted
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Black pepper, as needed
Salt, as needed

Method

In a pot, bring the water to a simmer. Put a bowl over the pot. Whisk the egg yolks in the bowl, then add the vinegar and continue to whisk. Add the butter and whisk until the sauce thickens, then remove the bowl from the pot. Season the sauce with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper and salt.
Tip: Serve with eggs or a salad.
