#SCGS Grilled Pangasius
Ingredients
250 g Salted butter
6 Tbsp Fresh lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Lemon pepper
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
250 ml Fresh cream
1 handful Fresh dill, chopped
2 small pangasius fish, cleaned
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add lemon juice, lemon pepper, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, chilli flakes, mayonnaise, cream, and dill, then bring to boil for five minutes. Set fish on baking tray and drizzle sauce over the fish. Grill for 15-20 minutes.
TIP: Serve with savoury rice. Pangasius is a boneless fish with a neutral taste and can be substituted with hake.
