#SCGS English Breakfast with Spicy Baked Beans

Ingredients

2 frozen Fish fingers
1 store-bought Beef patty
1½ Tbsp Oil
½ Onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped Red, yellow and green peppers
1 tsp minced Garlic and ginger
1½ Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Mixed herbs
40 g tinned Baked beans
¼ cup Hot sauce
1 Pork sausage
2 rashers Bacon
20 g Butter
50 g Mushrooms, sliced
1 Egg
1 cheese slice
½ Avocado, sliced
1 slice Tomato
Method
Place the frozen fish fingers in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180 ℃.
Place the beef patty next to the fish fingers and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the onion, peppers, garlic and ginger until translucent. Add 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and the mixed herbs, and stir to combine.
Add the baked beans and hot sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil and fry the pork sausage and bacon, then set aside.
In a clean pan, melt the butter and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Fry the egg as you prefer and season with 1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
Plate the baked beans with the sausage, bacon, beef patty, fish fingers, egg, mushrooms, cheese, avocado and tomato. Serve hot.
