#SCGS Devilled Eggs

Ingredients

500 ml water
6 Eggs
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Tbsp snipped fresh Chives
1 tsp Dijon Mustard 
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Method

Pour the water into a pot and bring to the boil. Add the eggs and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Peel the eggs. Halve them lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks.
Place the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, chives and mustard. Stir in the mayonnaise. 
Fill each egg-white half with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
