#SCGS Crumbed Pork Loin Chops & Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
4 Pork loin chops
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 large Egg, beaten
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
150 g Mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp All-Purpose flour
200 ml Pouring cream
1 tsp Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp fresh Parsley
Method
Preheat oven to 180 º C.
Trim the excess fat from the pork loin chops.
In a bowl, add breadcrumbs, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, ½ cup Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Place the beaten egg in a separate bowl.
Dip pork chops into the egg mixture then into the breadcrumbs, ensuring both sides are covered well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork chops over a medium heat for 3 minutes per side, then place chops in for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, add butter and mushrooms. Once mushrooms turn golden, add the flour and mix well.
Slowly add cream and stir until a silky-smooth sauce is formed.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese is melted into your sauce.
Top pork with mushroom sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serving suggestion: serve with a side of mashed potatoes or a veg of your choice and enjoy!
