#SCGS Crumbed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 L Oil
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Milk
1 cup Flour
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1tsp Salt
1 cup Breadcrumbs 
500 g Button mushrooms

Method

Heat oil in a large pot. Beat eggs in a bowl then add milk. In another bowl, mix flour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and salt. Place breadcrumbs in third bowl. Rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Coat mushrooms in Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ mixture, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil with slotted spoon. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Transfer to a serving platter.
