#SCGS Crumbed Hake Fillets
Ingredients
500 g Hake fillets
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
Pepper for seasoning
½ cup Flour
2 Extra large eggs
1 Fresh Lemon, squeezed
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Sprinkle both sides of fish with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and pepper. Dust both sides with flour. In a bowl, whisk eggs and lemon Juice. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dip each fillet into the egg mixture before coating both sides with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry fish on both sides until golden brown on the outside. Transfer to ovenproof dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Tip: Best served with Greek salad and tartare sauce.
