#SCGS Creamy prawns
Ingredients
300 g Prawns, peeled
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
Juice from one lemon
250 ml Cream
Method
Season the prawns with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
Heat oil in a pan, then add prawns and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add butter and onion to the pan. Cook until onion is soft, then add the garlic and cook briefly.
Squeeze in some lemon juice.
Add cream and prawns and cook until the cream has thickened.
Serve warm.
