#SCGS Creamy Potato Salad
Ingredients
500 g Baby potatoes
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
½ cup Mixed peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 handful Chives, finely chopped
Method
Rinse potatoes and boil in salted water until cooked through. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, and cook until translucent. Then add peppers. Stir in paprika and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and allow to cool.
Cut cooled potatoes in half and place in mixing bowl. Add onion mixture, mayonnaise and chives. Mix well until everything is combined. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
TIP: Can be served at a Braai.
