#SCGS Creamy Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients
7 Chicken pieces
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp mixed Herbs
2 Tbsp Butter
¼ cup Hot sauce
250 ml fresh Cream
1 tsp Honey
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Parsley
Method
Wash and pat dry the chicken.
Drizzle chicken with oil and season generously with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, paprika and mixed herbs and rub.
Bake in a shallow casserole dish or baking tray for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
Remove chicken from the dish and set aside.
For the sauce, heat the stove to a medium heat. To the same casserole dish, add butter, hot sauce, cream, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Once the sauce has thickened, return the grilled chicken to the dish and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Best served with SCGS potato wedges.
