#SCGS Couscous & Pork Chops
Ingredients – Couscous Salad
1 cup Couscous
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 cups Boiling water
½ cup Cucumber, diced
½ cup Feta cheese
½ cup Pomegranate arils
3 Spring onions, sliced
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 pinch Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Method – Couscous Salad
Place couscous in a medium bowl, add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and mix together. Add boiling water. Cover with Clingwrap for 5-6 minutes. Using a fork, gently stir the couscous, then add cucumber, feta cheese, pomegranate and spring onion. Just before serving, mix lemon juice and olive oil in a separate cup and pour over the couscous, and season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.

2 Pork chops
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp oil
½ cup Plain yoghurt
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 handful Fresh coriander, finely chopped
Method – Pork Chops
Season pork chops with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. In a pan, heat oil, and fry the chops on both sides. In a small bowl, mix yoghurt, cumin, coriander seeds, tomato paste and fresh coriander together, and pour over the pork chops. Let it cook for 4-6 minutes until the sauce reduces. Serve hot with the couscous.
