Ingredients

2 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped 
1 tsp crushed Garlic
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tin Peeled and chopped tomatoes 
1 cup chopped mixed green, red and yellow bell peppers
1 tin Corned beef, cut into cubes 
½ cup tinned Butter beans, rinsed and drained

Method

In a pan, heat the oil, add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the garlic and Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM. Pour in the tomatoes and stir. Add the peppers.
Add the corned beef and mix until everything is combined. Add the butter beans and leave to simmer for 1 minute.
TIP: Best enjoyed with bread.
