#SCGS Coconut Coated Prawns & Chilli Mayonnaise

Ingredients

15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
½ cup Desiccated Coconut
12 Prawns, de-veined
1 egg, beaten
250 ml Vegetable oil

Method

Mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and the coconut. Dip the prawns in the egg, then roll in the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and coconut mixture. Heat the oil and deep-fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain the prawns on kitchen towel. Serve with chilli mayonnaise.

15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Read Chilli, chopped
60g Mayonnaise
