#SCGS Chilli Hake & Prawn Pizza

Ingredients

200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
1 Hake fillet, cubed
1 ½ tsp Pepper
1 ½ tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Seafood rub
Juice of 1 Lemon
25 g Salted butter
Store-bought, plain ready-made Pizza base
⅓ cup store-bought Pizza sauce
150 g Mozzarella, grated
Handful of Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red bird’s eye Chilli, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
Wild rocket leaves or basil leaves, to serve


Method

Separately season prawns and hake with pepper, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and seafood rub, then drizzle with lemon juice.
Melt half the butter over a medium heat. Sear prawns for 2-3 min then set aside.
Add the remaining butter to the same pan and sear hake cubes. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Grease a pizza tray or line with baking paper.
Place pizza base on the tray and spread with the pizza sauce.
Scatter with a small handful of mozzarella. Top with the prawns, hake cubes, tomato and chilli. Scatter over the remaining cheese and finish with parsley.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden and the base is crisp.

Serve topped with rocket leaves or basil.

Tip: Pizza sauce can be replaced by bechamel sauce.
