#SCGS Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients
Wooden skewers
500 g chicken breasts, cubed
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
½ Tbsp Paprika
½ Tbsp Chilli flakes
½ Red onion, cubed
½ cup Mixed peppers, cubed
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Boil skewers in water and set aside. Season chicken with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, paprika and chilli flakes. Thread chicken onto the skewers, alternating with onion and peppers. Place kebabs in an oven dish and lightly brush them with Worcestershire sauce. Roast in oven for 20 minutes.
Tip: Instead of using the oven, you can fry the kebabs.
