#SCGS Chicken Burger
Ingredients
500 g Chicken mince
1 ½ Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
2 Tbsp chopped Peppadews
1 tsp Paprika
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
5 rashers Bacon
½ cup Flour
2 Eggs, whisked
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1 cup Oil
2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
5 Burger buns
1 Red onion, sliced
1 cup Lettuce, diced
5 Cheese slices
Method
In a bowl, mix the chicken mince, 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, garlic powder, parsley, peppadews, paprika and 2 Tbsp mayonnaise.
Using your hands, make patties to the size of your liking. Freeze for about 30 minutes. Crisp the bacon in a pan.
In three separate bowls, place flour, whisked eggs, and breadcrumbs, seasoned with remaining Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM.
Remove patties from the freezer, cover with flour, then dip in the egg, and lastly coat with breadcrumbs. Fry the patties in oil until well cooked, golden and crispy.
For the dressing, mix remaining mayonnaise and sriracha.
Layer the burgers with chicken patty, sauce, crispy bacon, onion, lettuce and cheese slices.
Enjoy with fries seasoned with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
