Ingredients

3 Tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
½ cup Tomatoes, chopped
500 g Carrots, peeled and grated
½ cup Green pepper, chopped
½ cup Red pepper, chopped
½ cup Yellow pepper, chopped
30 ml Red chillies, deseeded and chopped
410 g Baked beans
Salt and Pepper

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic, stir and add cayenne pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and mix well. Add tomatoes and stir. Add carrots, peppers and chillies and cook until carrots are tender. Remove from heat. Add beans and mix until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Best served with braaied meat.
