#SCGS Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
1 large Cauliflower head
1 Tbsp Olive oil
½ Onion, chopped
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Mixed herbs
⅓ cup chopped Red pepper
¼ cup diced Carrot
¼ cup Peas
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Grate the cauliflower or blitz the florets in a food processor until small rice pieces form. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan on medium to high heat, then add the onion, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, turmeric powder, mixed herbs, red pepper, carrot and peas, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the grated cauliflower to the pan and stir-fry to cook the cauliflower to a soft but not mushy texture. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
