#SCGS Cabbage & Spinach

Ingredients

1 bunch Spinach, washed and chopped
½ head Cabbage, chopped
¼ cup (40 g) Peppers (red, yellow, green), chopped
1 tsp (5 ml) Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp (5 ml) Minced garlic
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Cream of mushroom soup powder

Method

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for 2–3 minutes, until softened. Add the garlic, peppers and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and mix together. Add the cabbage and spinach, then cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle over the cream of mushroom soup powder and stir well to combine.
Serve warm as a delicious side.
