#SCGS Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
1 cup Hot water
1 Broccoli, chopped
1 Cauliflower, chopped
½ Cucumber, diced
½ Green pepper, diced
½ Red pepper, diced
½ disk Feta, crumbed
100 g Cheddar, diced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
5 Tbsp 1000 island sauce
Method
Boil broccoli and cauliflower for three minutes. Drain water and allow to cool. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables, add feta and cheddar, then season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Add sauce and gently mix.
TIP: Best served cold.
