#SCGS Breakfast Waffle Burger
Ingredients
200 g Beef mince
1 Tbsp + ½ tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
1 Egg yolk
½ tsp fresh minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
2 plain Belgian waffles
2 slices Cheddar cheese
3 rashers Streaky bacon
1 large Egg
1 Tbsp Sour cream
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Hot sauce
¼ Avocado, sliced
Method
In a large bowl, combine the mince, 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning, egg yolk, garlic, onion powder and parsley. Mix well. Create 2 square burger patties the same size as the waffles.
Fry the burger patties on medium heat until cooked through. Top each with a slice of cheese and leave to melt. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry the egg to your liking. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, hot sauce and ½ tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning.
Toast or air-fry the waffles until slightly crisp on the outside.
Spread some sauce onto one of the waffles. Top with the burger patties, bacon, egg and sliced avo.
Top with more sauce and the other waffle.
