#SCGS Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter
8 English muffins
8-10 Bacon slices
7 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Paprika
1 pinch Nutmeg
Method
Grease a baking dish with the butter. Slice open the English muffins. Arrange them in the baking dish, slightly overlapping each other. Position the bacon slices in between the muffin halves.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and nutmeg.
Pour this mixture over the muffins. Gently press down on the muffins so that they are mostly covered with the egg mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Remove the plastic wrap and cover the baking dish with aluminium foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for a further 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
