#SCGS Braai Prego Pork Rump Steak

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 pinch each Salt and Pepper 
2 Tbsp Prego sauce
2 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce 
300 g Pork rump steak 


Method

In a mixing bowl, place the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, salt and pepper. Add the prego sauce and sweet chilli sauce, and mix well.
Add the steak and mix until well coated. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Braai over medium-hot coals.
Tip: Add slices of steak to crispy buttered braai rolls.
