#SCGS Boerewors Stew

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Oil
500 g Kameeldoring Boerewors
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Curry paste
1 can Diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 handful Coriander, chopped

Method

Heat oil in frying pan and fry boerewors on medium heat, until it is browned on the outside and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add onion and fry until translucent, then add garlic and curry paste and stir. Add tomatoes and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and stir vigorously. Cut boerewors into 1 inch long pieces. Reduce heat, add boerewors and coriander. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.

TIP: Can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
